Festival Top (infant-adult) - Crochet Pattern

This fun festival top is great for all ages! Well... lets be honest, you aren't going to see me wearing it. So little ones to twenty-somethings.
 
It is made with a cotton blend yarn so it soft and breathable.
 
This pattern is made with a herringbone stitch and is written to fit. So its best if you have the person its for in the same room as you, but if not you will need to get a couple measurements from them.
